Order Processing:
Once you've placed your order, give us 1-3 business days to work our magic before we send it off on its candle-filled journey. During peak seasons or when we're running some mind-blowing promotions, the processing time might be a tad longer. Hang tight, we appreciate your patience!
Shipment Methods:
We've got your back with reliable carriers (we're talking about you, UPS) to make sure your candles arrive safely and on time. Depending on where you are and how much you've ordered, the shipping method may vary. If you're in a hurry to get those sweet-smelling goodies, we've got expedited shipping options available for an extra kick of speed (and a few extra bucks).
Shipping Time and Tracking:
For our domestic pals (within the United States), expect your package to arrive in 3-7 business days with our standard shipping. Once your order hits the road, we'll send you a confirmation email complete with a tracking number so you can stalk... er, monitor its progress.
International Shipping (outside United States) - Not Available
Unfortunately, we're not able to ship internationally at the moment. We're truly sorry for any disappointment caused!

Eligibility:
To boogie your way into a return or exchange, just make sure the candle(s) are unused, in their original packaging, and ready to hit the dance floor again. Returns and exchanges are welcome within 14 days from the delivery date.
Return Process:
Ready to hit reverse on your purchase? No worries! Drop a line to aloha@holymolyworks.com with your order details and the reason for the return. We'll be your guiding light and give you all the instructions you need to make the return process smooth as butter.
Return Shipping/Refund:
When it comes to return shipping costs, the responsibility falls on your funky shoulders unless we made a boo-boo (like sending the wrong item or a damaged package). To keep things safe and sound, we recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return journey. Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm they're in top shape, we'll get your refund or exchange rolling. The refund will groove its way back to the original payment method you used when making the purchase.
